1998年以健康美少女形象代言運動飲料的日本美少女後藤理沙，一度銷聲匿跡，但近日赫然推出全裸露毛寫真，昔日的健康美少女放手一脫，讓不少人感到吃驚！

現年28歲的後藤理沙，當年拍攝廣告時以健康形象代言，曾迷倒不少人，一度被視為潛力股。可惜人氣後繼無力，逐漸淡出演藝圈，於2002年引退後到護理院工作，並取得看護資格。

當時引退的她因為不再需要顧及形象，由陽光美少女「崩壞」，身材吃肥走樣，後來更與同居三年的圈外男友結婚，但2009年為了復出，更不惜與老公離婚。

醜聞不斷的她更被爆整容及隆胸，然後推出性感寫真集及DVD，由玉女轉為肉女。最近為雜誌脫衣，三點讓人看光光。不少網友感嘆她的墮落，並推測她下一步遲早會拍AV。
